There are two easy steps to join the TCHVA or renew your membership! Our memberships run on a calendar year from January of each new year. Use the Online or Mail option, which ever you prefer!
We use the services of PayPal which enables our members to use a Debit card, Credit card, or their PayPal account to process the Membership fees. There is no extra charge to you for this service. TCHVA does not capture, transfer, or see any of your Credit/Debit card information.
Donate and Submit Membership Online Option
Step 1. Simply click on the button below to begin the Online payment process:
By clicking on the Donate button below, a new tab will open on your browser to the TCHVA Paypal site. There you can use a debit or credit card or pay with PayPal to send your membership dues. When the secure link opens, please enter the amount you would like to to pay ($20/$30/$40/etc.). The minimum membership period is two years ($20) and is based on the calendar year of joining (beginning with January). We collect dues on a two-year basis to reduce the administrative burden on our volunteer staff and to expand your time between renewals. As an option, you may add additional funds to the donation amount in 1-year increments of $10. Example: 3-year membership is $30; four-year membership is $40, etc.
NOTE: Be sure to check in your browser address bar for the lock symbol and your page address starts with “https”. That’s your sign that the transaction is encrypted and secure. When you are finished with the payment, you’ll get a confirmation email from PayPal, then you will need to come back to this page to complete the membership process.
Step 2. New Members, please complete and submit the membership form by clicking the button below
(If renewing your membership, you don’t need to submit unless your information has changed)
Or, if you prefer, use the donate and submit by USPS mail option
You can open/download a copy of the form, print it out and complete it. Then you can mail the form along with your check to our TCHVA Treasurer C/O Dennis Paul, 6490 Big Cheese Rd, Natrona, WY 82646.
NOTE: After you complete either the Online or Mail process, our Treasurer will process your payment and membership form, and you will receive a Welcome Aboard email, including instructions on how to enter the “Members Only” section of our website. You’ll be reporting aboard in a very short time! We’re looking forward to welcoming you aboard! Thank you.
